I imagine the likelihood of the MoU being addressed and signed while campaigning kicks inti high gear is minimal. Also, whilst government formation is worked post-election this is also something I'd expect would fall by the wayside. So I don't believe we will see anything tangible beyond some possible ICC/ICSID activity over the next few months.
