Just curious. Please indulge me. What would it cost AVZ to back out of the CATH deal ($240 million for 24%)? Why I ask is that $240 million 24% deal may be worth more money once we get the ML, especially if an American, European, Japanese, or Korean company wants in.
Also, if what you say is true that CATH voted against our BOD, why would AVZ BOD want them as a partner when they just stabbed us in the back? What would prevent them in the future to do the same again? Just asking.
