This would be a good outcome.
AVZ keep Roch Dure and the South with 75%.
Comminiere goes to the North and has ceded its 15% in Dathcom to AVZ by virtue of taking the South.
Dathcom Shareholders: Dathomir 15% DRC 10% AVZ 75%. Dathomir are a real problem. Even better if Dathomir goes away and AVZ retains 90%. Woo hoo at no extra cost whatsoever. #MOU # Pathway.
