I saw a documentary a journalist put together about Chinese practices in Africa, it was atrocious! Child slavery, they pollute the earth and waterways, treat the people with no respect at all, once they have taken what they want they leave the mine in such a disgusting way, suppose to replant trees, take all the dangerous chemicals and dispose of them environmentally, they leave the place like the worlds biggest toxic garbage tip! Only people benefit are the Chinese and whoever got the brown bags of loot! Their ethics are nonexistent! DRC need to stop this destruction and not allow any practices. The documentary even shows a contract was drawn up and signed to they must leave the mines area the way they found it. No chance!
