Nope, it's Nigel & the team all the way to the end as far as I'm concerned. If nothing else, they give us continuity which is important at this point. Also, there's a major assumption being made that we could find a new management team/Board to replace the existing team to fight our battle at this late stage, which I doubt very much. On a personal level, I'm now hoping we get closure in whatever form in the next month or two.

As long as AVZ have enough $$$ in the bank I'd expect there will be no closure unless a negotiated settlement has been reached .
