If they contractually received 4 months to do their DD why would Locke provide the cash any earlier? Surely they'd do the DD and make their call, then wait out the remainder of their DD period to see if any circumstances change that would impact their assessment. For them that would likely represent path of least risk. I'd expect their answer to come one way or another at the end of the month.
