Cominiere's fines have been accruing daily since last May & stand at $30m (we've yet to see a cent). We'll be fine if they cough up as per AVZs litigation update announcement (AVZI is pushing for Cominiere to liquidate the fines - from memory there's a court hearing in this regard on 3 April). Rocke funding is irrelevant if Cominiere cough up (as they should) though you'd happily take the $US20m funding/credit facility if Rocke is happy to proceed with the funding agreement. As I posted earlier we should get an update from the company in this regard in the next 2-3 weeks.
