The TIA remains in valid until either completion or cancellation by the parties in accordance with the terms of the TIA

If the parties have cancelled by mutual agreement, we would be advised of it having occurred. Very basic continuous disclosure, and given their traitorous behaviour at the AGM, good effen riddance

I am of the opinion that it is better for the TIA to be cancelled by mutual agreement - the Chinese are not helpful to our project in any shape or form

I'd much prefer somebody from EU, USA or the Middle East as a JV partner, and I would not be surprised if they are lining up, given the way the arbitration is killing Z and C hands down
