Manono Lithium SA is a joint venture between Cominière (39%) and Jinxiang Lithium Limited (61%) which is a
subsidiary of Zijin Mining Ground Company Ltd, a Chinese group. Jin Cheng is also a subsidiary of Zijin Mining
Ground Company Ltd.
