No panic from me I have no financial interest either long or short as I said a gazillion times - yes it appears that assets can be seized but it was Tethyan copper themselves that had to instigate the court action to have the assets frozen ICSID didnt enforce the ruling.
Did you miss the part where it took 11 years to get to that point in time - do you think Lockes $20m if they get it will be enough to see out a decade long legal fight.?
Plenty of holders want out shorts will have no trouble closing out their positions particularly now the trapped index tracking funds can trade out off market.
