let’s all remember how much Nigel has invested in shares in AVZ I think that a positive result and return on that outweighs his salary that he continues to be paid.

I know for a fact if I had his investment I wouldn’t be sitting back just taking in a wage at the expense of securing a deal.

and if the work is being done which he isn’t going to let us know every step of the way then he deserves to be paid just like any other job
