how much impact can it have on the DRC people though, I can't imagine given the poverty that phones are common like alot of countries. and given that the DRC have snubbed international tribunal orders I don't really think they give a shit about comments on twitter. china and Russia are having a huge influence on African countries, Wagner are moving into more areas , and given the conflict going on in the DRC if u read that Wagner move in for the DRC govt then imo that's game over for us. I really wish I could be positive about our outlook but I don't see or read anything or have done in 2yrs, that gives me any confidence
