As I posted on the other thread this is the same scenario as what happened to Tethyan copper in Pakistan and they went to the ISCID with the same legal grounding as AVZ in a like for like case that they eventually won but it took them 11 years for all the appeals to run out to a settlement agreement,
Along the way after Pakistan refused to pay the award the company themselves had to approach the courts to freeze some of Pakistan's assets.
As an aside I presume AVZ has directors insurance as indeed it would be a total waste of time for Omni Bridgeway to fund a class action against a delisted company with cobwebs in its cash coffers.
