I dont know, i feel that even though driven by corruption, that three of his Ministers were able separately to derail AVZ in favor of Zijin calls FT's position on the dispute into question. Is he unwilling to go against Chinese interests, which is understandable given their influence there, and is thus waiting for the ruling of international courts to be implemented? Or is he also against AVZ and gave backing to the Minister's positions? I believe the actions of the new Ministers will give an insight into his position.
