We all know this hold up(?) has a lot to do with geopolitics. Also add in some mixed up bribery, blatant theft, and Zijin taking full advantage of all dynamics.
From X this morning, following is an interesting spin of extended geopolitics, written from an Ex American High Court Judge/ Prosecuter, with deep knowledge in the DRC political scene..
The tree is shaking... (X is alight). Who will fall out, with the new Justice Minister and the IGF hopefully teaming up to defend $AVZ rights. Let us hope Constant Mutamba reigns surpreme in his new role!
