If the Locke funding falls through, the remaining funds we have are even more crucial. What’s the deal with wages and staff payments? Shareholders, who are footing the bill, deserve an update, especially given our current situation.

The AVZ website says all 11 directors and executive staff are still on board, but there are some inconsistencies. Jan De Jager became CEO of Surefire Resources five weeks ago, yet he's still listed as CFO on our site. Additionally, his LinkedIn shows he started the new job at Surefire in May but is also still currently employed by AVZ.

I heard a rumour that they’re back to a skeleton crew, but there’s been no official word on this. If the AVZ website is supposed to be up-to-date, then everyone is still on board, and Jan De Jager is drawing two salaries. This might not be true, but if they don’t tell us anything, what are we supposed to think?

We need an update on wages and current employees. It’s our money they’re spending, and funds are running low. The longer we can stretch them, the longer we stay in the game.
