All holders invested in good faith, but when will people finally realize that the real incompetence lies with management? The way shareholders have been treated over the past few years is disgraceful. All the talk about deep discussions at the highest level, MOUs, and Locke deal being inevitable seems to have been nothing more than hot air, a ploy to placate shareholders.

Despite their claim of 200 years of experience, management has proven themselves incapable of effectively handling relationships, whether with the DRC or their own shareholders. There have been no updates, no news, yet they continue to benefit financially. For example, Jan De Jager, who became CEO of Surefire Resources two months ago with a salary of $330k, is still listed as our CFO on both the AVZ website and his LinkedIn profile. Is he still on the AVZ payroll like the rest of them, while also receiving $6,000 a week from Surefire? They clearly feel no obligation to inform shareholders about how they are utilizing the limited capital we have left. It seems they consider it none of our business!

Since delisting, they've made numerous announcements about Fat Tail's efforts to purchase shares. To ensure we didn't miss it, they highlighted their main points in large, red capitalized fonts, as if addressing kindergarteners. They have hyped this topic with multiple announcements because it's in their interest to maintain control.

You're kidding yourself if you believe that management cares about the financial and emotional stress this has placed on many holders. Their actions and communication over the past few years clearly demonstrate that they have no interest in our perspective and are solely looking out for themselves.

    imo
