I'll be happy when we have a final outcome, whatever that outcome may be. We all agree DRC is a basket case & China looks out for China, fairly or unfairly & regardless of the cost to others. We may end up with a moral win (via the International courts) but no money. The fact that we have millions of dollars of fines owing but no enforceability doesn't give me much confidence that wins in the courts will result in payment for damages. Yes, there's been a few precedents where damages have been awarded against the DRC Govt for companies in similar positions to AVZ, which provides some comfort but I'm not holding my breath.
