You reckon?, imo Locke funding was a diversion and in all likelihood is dead in the water now if it was ever a reality. Did you research Locke to see what sort of business it is and there financing history or there lack thereof as the case appears to be.

Why would management be tapping bigger holders for cash? This sounds like a scenario were all other options from sophs etc have been exhausted and essentially a past ditch effort to keep the lights on.

Shorters were able to cover positions at 1c which indicates to me that th chances of recouping any equity here are low.
