all very fair comments, but the difference with this instance is that it relates to Lithium and is a significant asset for the DRC. without this asset the entire EV battery hub vision that felix has is dead. Furthermore the rail-corridor US is investing is dead. Furthermore EU/US investment is dead. wolrd bank funding at risk and last but not least, Manono is dead for DRC and Zinjin.

As long as arbitration takes, zinjin will not into a 100's of millions of dollars plant if there is not security in their investment.

So the DRC will take some delays in appeals, but at some point it makes more sense for them and zinjin to buy out AVZ or exit themselves. I prefer a buyout as i fully agree with you, it is in our interest to take what is owed to us ($1.50 imo) and get the heck out of this sh*thole DRC
