I think most people, holders and non holders alike believe the best and fastest result for shareholders would be a complete buyout of AVZs share of the project.

AVZ only need deal with the DRC government as the asset is in their country and it is those governing the country who have allowed others to go against the codes and laws without penalty or correction.

How the DRC come up with the money and from whom it comes from is up to them and should be of no concern to AVZ.

The ICC and ICSID cases are all about confirming AVZs rights and position legally. The results and interim rulings thus far suggest AVZs view is 100% correct.

Currently it would appear the DRC hope AVZ run out of funds and disappear so they can return to business as usual. A confirmed injection of funds for AVZ may see the DRC change tactics quite swiftly for many reasons that have been outlined within this thread.
