Further Cominière breaches of Emergency Relief

Additionally, AVZ has been made aware of the Cadastre Minier de la RDC (CAMI)
having been modified to reflect the apparent grant of a PE to Manono Lithium SAS
(a joint-venture between Cominière and Jinxiang Lithium Limited, a subsidiary of
Zijin) (Manono Lithium) in respect of the land the subject of research permit no.
15775 (PR 15775).

It is highly implausible that Manono Lithium has fully and properly complied with the requirements of
the DRC Mining Code for the grant of such a permit in the time since it, in AVZ's view, invalidly acquired
PR 15775.
