To answer your question , I would refer you to my previous post - They will keep going through the legal process and drag it out for year's because China has the $$$$ to fund it, they are punting on AVZ not having the cash to go the distance and that looks like a rock solid bet to me.

AVZ Lawyers are not going to work pro bono, and no Litigation funders seem willing to touch it, hence the Locke smoke and mirrors circus to keep the believer's hanging on the hook for some miracle to occur .
