Whichever ever way you look at it the only one standing in the way of Avz is the DRC so far Paris court rulings are not having any impact on the DRC ,again IMO Australian foreign minister has to get involved both ministers have to work out a solution, so far everything that’s been put forward the DRC president and ministers not taking any notice.
