    Well they have managed to stay alive for a bit longer, the writing was on the wall for a convertible note issue after Niges letter to the Sophs -the announcement says management are participating but no details or $$ quoted, thats the downside of not being an ASX listed entity.

    Still no security for Locke and no update of how much went missing from the $20m DRC escrow account.
