Would you care to reference a case /cases against the DRC similar in size to Tethyan copper given it was a $6b award and plenty here are expecting possibly double that amount for AVZ
Digoil was a small case relatively speaking against the DRC that ran an even longer timeline and they have received zilch , nada, nuffink - oh yes that's right that wasn't ICSID
