whats the point of doing it when if the chinese win and steal the project, avz will have zero money and zero assets to pay us with? And if AVZ win, the shareprice will bounce back up and the class action wont really do any good... Chances are the chinese win tbh, so there wont be any money to hand out and if there was it would be a couple dollars each anyway...
