china may pledge $50 billion over next 3 years but the people of Africa will be lucky to benefit from what’s left over after the Tshisekedi Mafia family and government ministers plunder the jewellery box.
Chances are this pledge will be like past history of Africa where china renege after Africa sign over its minerals.
china will rip $trillions out of Africa leaving them nothing.
Tshisekedi, the man of the people putting a stop to corruption is nothing but a cane toad devouring every opportunity for his country to drag itself out of poverty, he is a criminal.
