So far the DRC haven’t been held accountable for not issuing the mining license even with the court rulings in favor of Avz ,seems like they will end up stealing the mine and giving it to the Chinese, don’t know if Avz have engaged Australian foreign minister, imo that’s the only way to try and sort out ownership of the mine . but then again has the foreign minister got the expertise and skills to win the mine for Avz .????
