nobody believes management are perfect as no management is. The path they outlined and walked to try and get the resource defined and then mined cannot be faulted. It complied with all ASX listing rules, all Australian law and all DRC law and mining codes. Soo much so that a mining decree was signed off on.
It’s clear ICC and ICSID cases will confirm the above. What will the result of this be? Nobody can. answer that.
Other than CAMI calculating surface rights correctly and AVZ paying them nothing else stood in the way of obtaining a ML. Did management misstep at this point or did corruption rear it’s ugly head?
we all know the answer….
Give the management bashing a rest. It always has been and continues to be fruitless and plainly incorrect.
