However shareholders still could realize a decent outcome IMO should there be a resolution that ends with Dathcom holding a PE over the southern tenement, especially should there be some movement on tricky issues like compensation for CDL, the shifting of boundaries to renew our access to water and camp colline, and an agreement made on power re: Mpiana Mwanga.

This is the outcome I feel we should now be striving for. A complete return of 13359 is a pipe dream, and a multi-billion dollar award from ICSID (that actually lands in our bank account) also not likely to end in celebration - at least not within the next decade.
