But I suspect Yanni will be looking to provide a flow of info to shareholders going forward to keep them "appropriately" informed without compromising in confidence corporate details
I think this is a smart move in that Nigel can focus on the hard negotiations task 100% knowing that shareholder comms are being taken care of by Yanni in the background
