    I'm not sure about Deboss being possibly stopped from attending last years AGM.

    I can assume it's the boards dislike re his nomination for a board position.

    Although, I suspect it was a tactical deflective move to split votes, as Deboss has always been well and truly embedded up Nigel's backside.
