I hope you're right about progress, but there’s been no sign of it. Every time something positive comes up, the DRC shuts it down. It feels like we’re just getting crushed, and no one's on our side.

Nigel’s expectations for the last CR, as shared with those that received the call, were way higher than the $1.4 million raised, so what happened? Was there a lack of interest, or did the MoM letter stating no progress had been made push people away? Was DeBoss the main contributor to the 1.4M raised? giving him now this leverage?

For three years, we've been told info isn't shared to protect the company, and while I hope that's true, I feel it’s more likely theres nothing positive to share other than a long, costly arbitration journey.
