for inclusion in the MOU.

The Company remains ready and willing to resolve the prevailing dispute amicably

If you're genuinely interested why don't you put the question to your shareholder advocate Yianni Demetre and he can follow up with management on your behalf?

That would be pro-active instead of faffing about on here
