.. sorry ‘W’ .. my read on ‘X’ suggests Zijin has been given a mining licence for the north .. is it true? .. who knows? .. but it is now years that we have been in limbo and one suspects that the DRC have chosen China as bed mates .. clearly, the paper baggers have won and the ingrained corruption can’t be overcome .. sad but it looks like Nige has nothing positive to say, so it is easier to say nothing .. if there was something positive happening they could at least outline ‘some’ steps being taken .. it feels like they are comfortable receiving salary .. hope not but I fear we are fully faaarked ..
