FIRB intervened with a foreign company trying to buy into an Aussie company by way of taking equity shares, there is nothing to stop AVZ selling their DRC asset and distributing the cash to shareholders ,FIRB wouldn't have any power to stop that-

One small problem however, the asset is in dispute and no buyers are interested in buying it , there are others using a different approach in trying to "obtain " it.
