Plenty of shareholders would jump at the chance to buy shares for 1c—$5,000 for 500,000 shares isn’t a bad bet if you’re hoping management will negotiate a buyout. While it’s tough for us to find sellers willing to part with their shares at 1c, management could have easily scooped up another 50 million shares for $500k instead of letting MAGA grab them.

If a buyout was even a slight possibility, why didn’t they take the opportunity? Not all management have 52 million shares like Nigel, another 5o odd million could have made them all potentially rich. Do they feel we’re dead in the water? That’s the only reason I can think of for them passing up an opportunity like that.
