More ramifications with PLS from this MinRes take over with MinRes already forcing them into giving PLS shares to MinRes. Mt Francisco, Train Transport and Port Costs all up for "Negotiation"... always interesting to negotiate when some one is gently squeezing Your external gonads!

Chinese investors very savvy, knowing and helping to drive up share prices by 50..100..200% easily.
