To be pedantic, you can be found guilty while not in a criminal trial.
I am often found guilty of being a pedant by many people.
Celestin can be found guilty of being an underhanded thief by ICC/ISCID, if they decide he has engaged in fraudulent activities.
This is the "We reckon you did X, therefore are guilty of doing X", rather than being legally found guilty of something he's been charged with.
If they think he dunnit, then it can have a bearing on outcomes of the current cases.
It would also have a bearing on any future criminal cases, should they be raised in appropriate courts.
Celestin is a scapegoat in waiting. He just doesn't know it yet.
