If the deal goes through, doesn’t CATH still end up with 30.5% of Manono? Whether it comes straight from Dathcom (which isn’t possible) or indirectly through GLH, what difference does it make? If Manono gets sold, they’ll pocket 30.5% of the cash through their stake in GLH, which will be equivalent to the 30.5% of the sale value.
