I would have thought the context of my posts should have been obvious to anyone with even a basic knowledge of the ICSID case/background. I suppose some people pick things up faster than others though

If you think Celestin is going to suffer serious negative consequences for this and be some big scapegoat, I'm afraid you are dreaming. The whole reason the detractors in the DRC behave the way they do, is because...wait for it...they know they are highly unlikely to be "found guilty" in a court of law (note this context) of any fraud or corruption related criminal offences

You boys can dream all you want that Celestin/Lisette/Zijin will all be locked up. It doesn't benefit me to believe this though, any more than it would to believe in the tooth fairy. For me, my focus is always on reality.

Being found guilty of something and legally guilty of something are 2 separate things.

You can foung found guilty of something (we reckon you dunnit), or legally guilty of something (we reckon you dun wot you were charged with).

ICSID can can Celestin was guilty of selling 15% of Dathcom in violation of AVZ's ROFR, without have being legally guilty of anything becuase he hasn't been charged with anything.

However, that doesn't preclude charges being brought against him in future.
