29.5% would have kept control of GLH in every scenario. So, if this is as important as you keep telling us, why would Nigel agree to a deal where they could potentially lose control of the holding company?

Maybe because Nigel knows the DRC are only going to deal with the Chinese and not with him.
What Nigel doesn't know is that CATH It's going to fk Nigel and
us over just like the DRC and Zinjin have already done.
Nigel also needs security to his ongoing fantastic salary and to top up his super because after this, he is unemployable in West Perth.
