    As for why was Shitzin (Manono Lithium) granted the licence for the north well i did say in my post and i know you are 100 % aware of the reason why...CORRUPTION.
    This is exactly why we find ourselves in this position today and why AVZ have just paid the fees to recommence ICSID and ICC proceedings.
