I feel Carriere de L’est Pegmatite is a good deposit as well, and been near surface will probably have a better ore to waste ratio than the very good waste to ore ratio that Roche Dure has to other lithium deposits btw - refer Post #:

One option I think is available to AVZ for taking this to mining and avoid significant dilution is to either i.) pursue equity agreements in exchange for Offtake Agreements - refer Post #:
33455296 or ii.) sell Carriere or some ground similar in prospectivity, but do some further drilling on Carriere/there to get to a measured and indicated resource to further extract sales value so as to fund part of the capex or iii.) do a combination of both.
