Delisted from the ASX simply means AVZ is no longer trading on the ASX. It doesn't mean the company has gone into administration. It is still a legal, operational entity subject to the requirements of Corps Law. So, assuming we have a buyer for the project (a strong possibility) or we proceed to arbitration & get a ruling in our favour with damages awarded to AVZ, the proceeds will be banked wherever AVZ decides (it could be Automic, our share register) & then the proceeds get distributed to shareholders based on their holding. It's a simple process. The ASX is irrelevant.
