Don't know why I bother. To repeat it is essentially the same railway corridor to Lobito. The Chinese invested in the railway which is owned by others by the way now - which is now a private consortium. Furthermore what is there cannot accommodate transport of what is proposed to be transported from the DRC. Yes Ivanhoe might be using it but the capacity for others to use the railway is highly limited without further investment to upgrade that railway to accommodate others - enter the USA and my post of the other day to you still stands. Furthermore what is there is problematic hence the need for significant railway infrastructure upgrade let alone the need for better rolling stock to go along its route - again enter the USA
End of story and all IMO
