CATH approached AVZ with a deal better than what Locke was offering. AVZ did not ‘go to the Chinese’. As with any agreement the terms were negotiated to a point that both parties were willing to accept them.

I ask again, how much of the $20million USD negotiations did management announce prior to it completion and are you able to make the connection between this successful negotiation and the way in which other successful negotiations can be carried out?

facility of up to US$15,000,000.
• AVZ expects to drawdown a first tranche of funds during December 2024.
