I see Klaus is still (after what 6 or 7 years) trying to flog his trigg home - now for 10mill (was 12, then 8 now 10). Id love Nigel to buy it at Klauses loss, but Nigel prob wants to go back to tassie, maybe buy a farm and get out of the spotlight.
