Too right, and what’s more I reckon China will want to lock in a development plan for Manono before the election thus decreasing the risk of change. It is part of the reason why I see either a TO or JV announcement coming very soon after the initial JORC announcement so they can crack on with development.

This is also why I see “selling the news” on the initial JORC announcement as being a completely stupid move because in reality it is only the catalyst to the real money making news that will follow very soon after.
